Terms and Conditions

By using Creekside Laundry Services for Wash & Fold, Pickup & Delivery, or any related service, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.

1. Service Overview

Creekside Laundry Services (“we,” “us,” “our”) provides self-service and full-service laundry care, including wash & fold, ironing, hang-dry, and optional pickup & delivery within our service area. All services are performed with care and attention using commercial-grade equipment and customer-selected or standard products.

2. Turnaround Time

Standard turnaround time is within 48 hours of pickup or drop-off. Services requiring hang drying or ironing may require the full 48-hour window. Rush orders may be accommodated upon request and are subject to additional charges and availability.

3. Pickup & Delivery

Pickup is scheduled within a 2-hour window. If no one is available at the time of pickup or delivery, your order may be rescheduled. We are not responsible for items left unattended unless prior agreement has been made

4. Garment Identification

Customers are responsible for clearly separating and labeling items requiring special care (e.g., hang-dry, ironing, delicates, customer-provided products). Failure to identify these items may result in standard wash & dry handling.

5. Product Preferences

We use standard detergent and dryer sheets unless otherwise specified by the customer. Premium or specialty products may incur an additional $1 fee per selection. Customers may also provide their own products, which must be clearly labeled and included at the time of pickup.

6. Payment Terms

Invoices are emailed upon order processing and must be paid via the secure online link. We do not accept checks for pickup & delivery services. Unpaid invoices may delay return of laundry.

7. Damaged or Lost Items

We treat all garments with care and process each order individually based on the selected service. However, Creekside Laundry Services is not responsible for normal wear and tear, minor shrinkage, color bleeding, fading, or damage resulting from manufacturer defects, unlabeled fabrics, or undisclosed care requirements.

In the unlikely event that an item is lost or damaged due to our error, our liability will be limited to the reasonable replacement value of the item, up to a maximum of $500 per order. We do not request proof of purchase, but we reserve the right to assess the value based on standard retail pricing.

8. Unclaimed Laundry

Completed laundry not retrieved within 14 days of notification will be considered abandoned and may be donated or discarded. For pickup & delivery customers, unclaimed or undeliverable orders due to nonpayment are subject to the same policy.

9. Cancellations & Rescheduling

To cancel or reschedule a pickup, please notify us at least 12 hours in advance. Missed pickups without prior notice may incur a $10 rescheduling fee.

10. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are unsatisfied with our services, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we may address and resolve the issue promptly.

11. Policy Updates

Creekside Laundry Services reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. The most recent version will always be available on our website or upon request.
